Club Penguin's New Map Bug AND Call To Club Penguin FAILED

Club Penguin had promised us that today we would be getting a NEW map layout. I was very excited to hear the news, so I waited a long time for the map to arrive. I woke up this morning, and I logged onto Club Penguin--ONLY to get this:

Club Penguin was having another "Blue Screen Bug", so I decided to have fun offline. I watched TV, played a few video games, and I checked back on Club Penguin....NOTHING! I cleared my cache, and still nothing was fixed. I decided to wait a while, and finally Club Penguin came back to "normal", or so I thought. I completed this weeks Training Field-Ops, but STILL no new map! I decided to contact Club  Penguin, but I haven't gotten a response. I cleared my cache one again, and this time I DID have the new map! 
I had the NEW map. and this was the "locations"! I was SO excited, and I decided to look around the map! :-)  I went to "Games", and I got this awesome new layout!
Boy did I LOVE the games layout! I looked around even more. My FAVORITE part was the NEW Ninja at the top! I went to Shops, and I got the following:
The shops were AMAZING! I loved all of the new FEATURES in this map! I went to pets, and I accidentally clicked on the "Pet Shop" place...so I waddled around the Puffle Shop! I went back to the map, BUT I HAD THE OLD LAYOUT...
Ugh, Club Penguin--this is IMPOSSIBLE! Please make sure to test out the new features before you release them to the public...you made us really anxious! xD I have once again cleared my cache, and STILL NO LUCK of the new map. I also don't have the new items Club Penguin said they would give us. 

Once again, Club Penguin is trying to STOP all of those bugs, so we need to be a little patient, but please Club Penguin, can you fix the bugs! I REALLY LOVED the new layout, and I can't wait for it!


Update: The wait for this new map has gone TOO long, so I decided to call Club Penguin Headquarters in Canada (888 861-4111). I told them of the issue I was having--and that my cache had been cleared. This is the conversation we had:

Club Penguin Representative: Hi, my name is *****, how may I help you?

Edster12499: Hi, my penguin name is Edster12499, and I live in *****,******, United States, how are you?

Club Penguin Representative: Good, thank you!

Edster12499: I just have one small question. Today, Billybob promised us that a new map layout would be coming to Club Penguin, but I still haven't gotten the new layout. Is this new layout going to be coming soon? I have cleared my cache, but still no map.

Club Penguin Representative: Sorry, but I didn't know that there was going to be a new map. Lot's of penguins like to waddle around! What's your favorite room?

Edster12499: My favorite room's the Coffee Shop! Brings back lots of memories of my first time on Club Penguin. So do you guys know when the map is coming out?

Club Penguin Representative: No, but thanks for calling!

Edster12499: Okay, thank you! Have a good day.

Club Penguin Representative: You too, bye-bye
WOW, this has gone a little too far! Club Penguin representatives DON'T KNOW what is coming out? I think that is just weird. Club Penguin needs to train employees a little better. Still waiting for the new map, and NO answer...
